Bridging to the Future is an innovative company which challenges and reforms existing approaches to organisational and individual productivity, job creation, economic independence and economic sustainability. Bridging to the Future (BTF) has a formidable record in designing, testing and bringing to market a range of highly innovative and successful products and methods to support job creation, education and productivity.
At its heart, the company believes in creating jobs through new businesses, active incubation, practical leadership programmes Operating on an International Scale, BTF was founded in 2007 as a private investment company, investing in start-ups and early growth businesses across a diversity of sectors and in a number of countries. BTF has invested in over 40 businesses so far, currently including businesses in Italy, The Netherlands, Lithuania and Spain. As time progressed, BTF became more aware, and concerned, that most people coming forward for investment were white, middle class men and that there was so much talent being unutilised or underutilised. As a result, BTF created a new department to develop and crate more start-ups, more leaders, more entrepreneurs, more economic independence, more community based solutions and street economy based solutions.
Remaining committed to making a profit but focusing on our mission of economic independence and economic sustainability, BTF’s new department (created in 2010) designs, tests, pilots and then rolls out methodologies and programmes to create jobs, support start-ups, enhance organisational and individual productivity, incubate new businesses, coach self employed, advance real leadership QEAS (Qualities, Experiences, Attitudes and Skills) and employability.
